Any project currently receiving daily field reports. Once a project reaches substantial completion, you can archive it to free up a slot without losing historical data.
Am I locked into an annual contract?
No. Pilot and Growth tiers are month-to-month to align with the cyclical nature of construction. Enterprise contracts are negotiated annually.
Do I pay per user or per seat?
Neither. CostAnchor charges by Active Project. You can have unlimited Superintendents, PMs, and Executives accessing the platform.
